Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Jonas Autos, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Service
Jonas Autos provides a platform for car rentals. By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Use rented vehicles responsibly and in accordance with local laws
- Return vehicles in the same condition as received
Booking and Payments
When you make a booking:
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your rental
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- Additional charges may apply for fuel, tolls, damages, or violations
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
Vehicle Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the vehicle for illegal purposes
- Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Use the vehicle for racing or off-road driving (unless specified)
- Smoke in the vehicle
- Transport hazardous materials
Insurance and Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate insurance coverage. Jonas Autos is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage that occurs during your rental.
Limitation of Liability
Jonas Autos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
